Good afternoon and a warm welcome back to all players and supporters for the season's first League fixture in WRU Championship West. Last year in this division we had an exciting time of it - from being afraid about holding our own we went close to the top, and at the end we were potentially looking at promotion! Hopefully this year will be as exciting on the field, with many "old rivals" and one or two new ones. With no local derbies we will be spending a lot of time on the M4.
